Taste is good. Seems nutritional, but I always have reservations about supplements and candies whilst enjoying them

Love that these are organic, love the amount you get for the price--Holy Moses, the bag is huge--and the flavors are great. (Cranberry/red bag mix is the tastiest.) The only downsize is that the portions are small, it's literally only a handful--and each one only contains two nuts max, the rest is mostly seeds, which is a bummer. (It's not really trail mix with only a couple nuts per bag; more like a seed mix.) The other feedback from both kids and adults alike is that the bags tear open in a way that it doesn't tear cleanly across the top but straight down along the side, which often leads to the contents easily spilling out if you don't catch it in your hand--especially for the kiddos. (We suggest gently opening it into the palm of your hand.) Otherwise it's great in lunches, healthy Halloween or playdate treats, or as a tasty, healthy snack to keep in your car or purse for those low blood sugar, hangry/tantrum prevention/tide you over until a meal moments. I'm thankful that they offer this organic option.
