Gives me a nice shape. Straps don't fall down. Pads are easy to remove but I leave them in. I wish I had purchased this years ago! I am ordering a few more as a matter of fact. I purchased size large in white and the fit is perfect. I am a 36B. The thing I like best (besides the straps not falling down) is this bra fits comfortably around me and I don't need to mess with bra extenders.
