How do these compare to leggings depot or lularoe?

This is a thin, silky fabric, not as substantial as other leggings I have.

What women's clothing size (or waist circumference) equates to an xl and a 2x? i can't decide whether to size up or not...

I would estimate the XL is equivalent to a 14. I wear a 10-12 pant and the XL fit more like casual pants than a legging. I sized up so the image on the pants are not distorted when worn, but if you are looking for the legging fit I'd go with your normal size.
