I love these. They are really sturdy. What a difference from plastic. On receipt I washed them them ready for use, which I can't wait to do. Just the right size for making ready meals, for myself, a week in advance. They stack nicely. Cannot comment on leakage until I actually use them hence no stars but lids are well fitted. Extra lid a good idea just incase. I retired many years ago so don't need to ferry them about as they are a little weighty. Love these. They are now washed, stacked and ready for my meal prep. Just the right size for pre prepared small meals for myself. They are obviously heavier than plastic but as I retired many years ago I will not be carrying them around with me often. I shall, however, be using them to take away ready prepared meals for a short, self catering, holiday break. They are sturdy with clean lines and lids fit snuggly. I cannot comment on leak proof as I haven't, as yet, put them to the test hence no stars.

Nice and sturdy. Lid clips work well. Not tested leaking as not yet carried them on their side. Really nice touch is that you get an extra lid. Great foresight. My teenager microwaved one without unclipping lid or opening vent for quite a long time on full power, despite instructions to do otherwise, and the lid became a piece of artwork (which oddly enough still clips on so must be well made) and really appreciated that thoughtfulness. They get a lot of use and well worth the money.

These are perfect. I measured my fridge to make sure they'd stack - can fit 2 stacked on top of each other. I use them for leftovers and homemade baby food, and they keep food fresh. Lid is air tight. Great thing about them being glass as well is I can put straight in oven or microwave to reheat, rather than waste another dish, and don't have to worry about plastic going weird. Easy to clean dish in dishwasher and lid in the sink. Great purchase.

Easy to clean and strong. Pouring hot soup and toss them them directly in to the fridge doesn't poses any problem. Haven't tried the oven yet, but I believe there's no problem. A bit small for some kind of meals, perfect for rice based meals, lasagna and similars. They are leak proof but the lid tends to swell in the microwave because the vent is a lit bit small.

I have fallen in love with these containers! They have become a staple piece for my cooking and meal prep. Extremely versatile to use in the oven, microwave and even freezer! Really good alternative to plastic containers as these are so much easier to clean out, leaving no residue and will last you years to come.

I feed the freezer every now and then so that my husband and I always have home cooked food without me having to cook from scratch everyday. I find ready made meals and takeaways an anathema and bad for you. These dishes help me stack and store well in the freezer and can go safely straight into the oven. Tip - if the container is not quite full then put a small sheet of greaseproof paper on top of the food to seal it off before putting on the lid. Thank you the items are great. MUCH better than plastic 'tupperwar' type boxes. Obviously these stay rigid after heating unlike some plastic ones. The lid fits very well. The glass and lid are very easy to clean. The only small downside is you are best waiting till cooked food is cold before you put the lid on, the vent hole is not big enough to stop condensation. Obviously with mant foods that doesn't matter but worth bearing in mind. Feels like a good old fashioned product that will last for years. That is important to us as we are trying very hard to reduce our use of plastics. Very pleased with them..

------- Later EDIT ------- I bought them again as I needed more and this time they're even better! They've changed the lid vent system to a snap lock one (see updated pictures) And now the seal has a gap and it's 100 times easier to remove, clean and put back together! So chuffed! --------------------------- I got these to help with my weight losing / healthy eating goal and they are an excellent choice! First, with all the talk about plastic in our oceans - sustainable glass and BPA free long life plastic is a much better choice! The vent on the lids makes a big difference too! I usually cook a bunch of different foods on Sunday and this way I can store them in the fridge right away. During the week, it’s just about taking the container, popping the lid and vent open and shove it in the microwave to reheat! With a bit of care, the sealing ring in the lids can be removed if you need to clean it. I don’t have a dishwasher so I hand wash everything but the instructions on the insert are quite clear about that! I just love these - with the 5 pack they’re perfect for the work week and they’ve helped me get into a system for healthy eating and closer to my goal.

Känns robust, glasburken är klar och fin, locket känns riktigt gediget och sluter tätt.

La qualità è altissima. Le maniglie si chiudono con fatica a dimostrazione della compressione della guarnizione. Sono quasi sicuro che non sarà a vantaggio della durata nel tempo dei coperchi che sono di buona plastica ma pur sempre di plastica. Spero di sbagliarmi e che questi coperchi siano longevi, per un paio di anni mi basterebbe. Da rimarcare che dentro la confezione viene fornito un coperchio extra di ricambio. Tutto sommato soddisfano e a distanza di due settimane ne ho comprati altri 5.

I spent a lot of time researching the best meal prep containers to buy. These came out on top. I chose them because of all the great reviews they had on Amazon.co.uk. Pros: Sturdy, well made, strong glass that can withstand a range of extreme temperatures, lids are BPA free, oven safe, dishwasher safe (glass only), microwave safe (glass only), leak proof, neutral design (transparent), packaged wonderfully, perfect size for an adult sized portion (840ml). Cons: Hardly anything really, the only thing I would say is that the lids snap on and off really easily, they could do with being a little more ‘snug’ when snapped on, to make sure that they won’t accidentally be ‘unsnapped’ off in a bag etc. if you plan on taking these to work. This isn’t enough for me to be overly concerned though, so I’m still giving 5 stars. Overall: Happy with this product. The extra spare lid is a nice gesture. Now I’ve just got to prepare the meals to go in them!

Los recipientes cumplen perfectamente con mis expectativas. Son de calidad y el vidrio de borosilicato es mucho más sano que el plástico de los 'tupper' de toda la vida. Se puede utilizarlos en la microonda y el congelador sin riesgo. Pesan un poco más pero son muy resistentes. Perfectos para llevar el almuerzo al trabajo, al coworking, de viaje etcétera. La única negativa es que sería útil tener 1 o 2 recipientes más grandes (quizás de 1l) en el 'set'.
