Now the instructions say to brine for 12-24 hours, however, I had a 16lb turkey sit in this stuff for just over 48 hours. Using an herb butter compound after brine and dry, this turkey was THE best turkey my family has had in decades. The turkey was moist, tender, and full of flavor. I had ordered another brine kit however it was not going to arrive in time. Thankfully, this one was and I'm sure glad it did. Do not hesitate on this kit, it's money well spent!

This was easy to fix and poured over the bird into the bag provided. The ziplock bag was self-contained and allowed me to put it in the fridge overnight and not take up as much room as a pot would have. If made for a very flavorful Turkey.

I have used this turkey brine three years in a row, and at this point it is not a tradition, it is a requirement. Every single time the turkey comes out juicy, flavorful, and not even remotely dry. The garlic rosemary flavor is perfectly balanced. Savory, aromatic, and not overpowering. It tastes like you put in a ton of effort without actually having to do so. It is easy to use, foolproof, and delivers the kind of results that make people ask how you did it. I smile politely and pretend it was skill. This brine is doing the heavy lifting. If you want a turkey that people actually look forward to eating and not just politely tolerate, this is it. Five stars. I will continue using it every year until someone physically takes it away from me.

Bought this kit to try based on other reviews, of which I'm often skeptical. But it was great, added nice flavor and Turkey came out wonderful. Bag is nice and heavy duty so did not leak while brining for 18 hours. Can recommend! Jimmy, Making it work

Good brine definitely taste the apple and sage but nit over powering. My turkey was moist and flavorful, definitely recommend to brine your bird as it makes a big difference. Easy to prepare, however if you have a large bird you may want to purchase larger bags.

This brine seasoning helped make the juiciest, and most delicious, moist turkey. It was pretty expensive, BUT, it was easy and if you bought all the spices separately to make your own rub/brine seasoning it would cost SO much more and likely go to waste anyway, so it was definitely worth it. I put aside a small amount of the seasoning and combined it with some soft butter; after 12 hours of brining I massaged the rub/butter mix under and over the skin of the turkey and cooked it in a turkey bag, breast side down. Amazing, perfectly scrumptious moist turkey is what we had this Christmas!! 😋 This will likely be a Thanksgiving and Christmas tradition from now on!

This brine worked perfectly for a turkey that was smoked with hickory. Beautiful flavor and everyone raved about the turkey. Even the refrigerated leftovers are still moist and flavorful a couple days after Thanksgiving.
