Had to change it every two days, but I was able to peel it off like a cross between a plaster and a wax strip. Better than a rash! Used it over my knee cap for a grinding injury due to continuing to run with a misalignment caused by tight muscles and a gluteal weakness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for use in pregnancy! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 December 2020* This tape pretty much held me together throughout my 2nd pregnancy as I was suffering a lot with SPD/PGP (used in conjunction with regular massage and chiropractic care). I'd had allergic reactions to a few different tapes previously and tried the Gentle Rock tape on a friend's recommendation. I used it until about 34 weeks gestation when I had another reaction to this one unfortunately, but put this down to changes in hormones and due to how much my skin was stretching (hence 4*).
