The handle of the old dish soap dispenser that was installed in the kitchen counter top sprung a leak. Every time we'd pump the handle for soap, the dispense would squirt soap all over the place making a big mess. Removing the old dispenser was difficult because the bolt under the sink was rusted, and very soapy. Once the old dispenser was removed, I washed the area thoroughly to get rid of piles of crusted dish detergent. Installing the VESLA HOME soap dispenser was a straight forward process. The hole in the counter top was a perfect fit. But bear in mind that you will have to crawl under the sink to install the unit and then to attach the dish detergent bottle. One nice thing is that the bolt and attachments are plastic and can be hand tightened. Refilling the soap bottle is easy. The dispenser pump can be easily removed from the top of the counter and then the detergent poured into the bottle. There is no need to crawl under the sink when refilling the bottle with dish soap. We've had this product for about a month and so far we are pleased with it. Looks good and works well. Best of all, no soapy mess anymore.Downgraded by 1 star on 7/24/2019The squirting of the soap got messier. For reasons unknown, when the soap dispenser is pushed (to dispense dish soap) the liquid squirts in a funky direction, often off the sponge, and leaves a mess.

Time will tell if it'll hold up(hence 3 stars for sturdiness)... Right now it's working like a charm easy to install...Update 8/2020Didn't last long at all plastic cracked on the pump housing where pickup tube attached creating a leak so no suction I attempted to repair but no dice.. Also the ball check valve in the pump didn't function right, ended up buying a different brand

I have installed it by myself. Wasn't hard. I recommend before installing apply silicone sealant around the hole where you place it and ask annother person to hold the piece hile you are tightening, so it can be placed above the center of the hole.

Good quality and nice design

Great product. Easy to install and very convenient with the soap. Only downside is that it's difficult to have to reach up and have to take it off when I have to refill it.

Matches the faucet

Matches my brushed nickle faucet perfectly! Super handy to utilize the space lift from the spray hole on for the previous faucet.
