A: Yes, we use these with prefolds. They’re great and it’s easy. The only leaks have been our fault when the cloth prefold sticks out from the nylon cover.

A: These are reusable. I throw them in the wash and then let them hang dry.  They last a long time.

**Q: What size would you recommend for going over the diaper of a 19lb child? He wears size 4 diapers**
A: I got the largest size available to fit our girls who wear size 5 and 6.  It is big enough to have some room to grow, and they are about 30 pounds I believe.
