Takes only a few moments. **Q: Is there a guarantee on the power chair** A: Yes one year if ordered from technology giant **Q: Does tyhe price include VAT?** A: When I purchased my chair January last year the price was exclusive of VAT. When I placed my order I was contacted very shortly after by the seller to ensure I was buying the right chair for my needs (the trekker is rather heavy). They asked me if I was eligible for the VAT relief as the price did not include VAT and I had to fill in a small form they sent me by email. **Q: Can you charge the batteries out of the chair?** A: I dont think so. It has been my Best Buy ever!It’s so easy to use, start on a slow speed until you know where you are with the controls and turning. I’m always on ‘full’ speed now.Very easy to fold, the easiest way is to press the two buttons in on the handle and fold it down, make sure the anti tip wheels are pushed in. Then squeeze the clip at the back of the seat to fold. It should click into place when fully folded. If it won’t close, it means your front wheels are facing the wrong way. It takes my sister and I to lift it into the car, my brother can pick it up on his own. We now have a hoist fitted, the hoist company added brackets to the seat to lift it.It’s comfortable to sit in, even for long periods of time. It’s nice that your thighs and bum are not squashed into an uncomfortable space. I don’t wear the seatbelt. You can loosen the tension on the back seat. The shopping basket underneath isn’t really much use, if you put anything in it, the wheels will rub against and mark it. I bought an underseat bag that hangs from the seat, that does give you a safe place to store things. I also have a couple of buggy clips on the handle for my shopping.It folds up nicely and fits comfortably in the back of a medium hatchback.I absolutely love my chair, it’s been very reliable and is constantly coming in and out of the car.My only issue is that the grip on the pavement isn’t good in the rain. Also some of the dropped kerb ramps are steep, so when driving across in your wheelchair it is dragged down towards the road. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb Build Quality. *by H***Y on 23 January 2020* Very easy to use and very comfortable. Quite heavy to handle in and out of the boot. Can be made a little easier by removing the batteries prior to handling.
