Is this the type of phosphorus that is meant for urinary acidification? Which type is it?

It is a dietary supplement to take if medical tests show you have a low phosphorous level. It was called for by my doctor. It is supplied in 1 dose packets and the directions say to add it to water or juice and consume 4 packets a day. It contains potassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, mannitol, berry flavoring, citric acid, sucralose and silicon dioxide.
