I have notched and no-notch rims in the front. Guessing it doesn't matter, as most center caps snap onto four of the lug nuts anyway. Correct?

If you have a 1999 f-350 your center caps WILL NOT WORK. You need notches or after market center caps

What wheels for my 04 Dodge dulley 8 lug

I have a Ford. So I don't know. I had looked in my books to find that answer for you but wasn't able to. Request that from a natinal sales outlet. They may know. I'm not into auto motive at all. Only hobby.

What is the diameter of center hole bore, and the stamped rim load rating?

The center bore diameter is 125mm and the wheel has all the same specs as the original one.

Will this rim fit a 2002 f-350 drw? an answer below says it will not fit another one says yes it will.

We have a 1999 F-350 & it fits ..... bought 2 wheels for the front . The only issue I have had so far is I can't find centers for the 2 wheels I bought. Other than that the wheels are great .
