True to size. I purchased them based on my daughter’s weight, and they fit her perfectly. They worked well for a young adult with special needs. This is my third time purchasing them. My only complaint is that they keep increasing the price.

These are perfect for my disabled son!

They worked as expected. It helps to keep the bulk of a bowel movement in them.. and it's better clean up then in a swimsuit.

Contain my sons mess and its bad! True to size, wish they were cheaper cause we swim a lot. I put these, and a resuable swim diaper and neoprene on my special needs son cause we want to insure NO accidents. This contains the most tragic of messes so nothing leaks in pool. These on the inside layer mean I don't have to take home the smell. I wash them in the toilet then put in a plastic bag and dispose . Took away one star cause they cost so much.

Once the toddler swimmers no longer fit I purchased these (small size) and they work great. Have bought several times.

The fit is good and I went swimming and stayed in the pool all afternoon , they didn’t leak . Know one knew I was wearing them . I would recommend them to anyone who would like to go swimming but is afraid to because of bladder leaks

These were too large. Size purchased based on measurements in advertisement for product. Did not use these. Took 1 out of the package. These would not hold feces if the individual accidently pooped while swimming. Amazon refunded full amount. The rest of the bag is being donated to autism up, Rochester, NY in hopes of them fitting someone else.

They work great! I deal with 2 special needs kids, and water is great for helping with their mobility, and these last all day at the pool!

Parfaite je cherchai depuis longtemps des couches pour mon fils en situation de handicap pour pouvoir aller dans l eau mais je ne trouvais pas et heureusement j'ai fini par trouver celle là elle absorbé bien elle ne sert pas elle taille bien et le prix est raisonnable satisfaite de mon achat que je renouvellerai et que je conseil
