Smooth and toned gradually
I use this with the plastic wrap and over that a posture corrector. When I’m not working out, a corset like body wrap. It’s nice. Helps keep me slim. I want to try the lymphatic drainage and or red light therapy.

Proceed with caution!!
For sure an advisory for the hot cream. Use sparingly or not at all. I did shake well before use but this stuff was pretty stout. It cleared my sinuses ASAP I’ll tell you that! I put it on right before bed, thought letting it dry would help. I thought maybe it was “just in my nose”. Oh heck’s no!! Yall I came to bed and my husband said good Lord that stuff is stout!! So I wiped it off, hopped in the shower, got out of the shower and dried off. All the while still getting the “hot and cold” action from the ingredients. It eventually calmed down 30 mins after the shower. But still word to the wise, proceed with caution!!!
