Will the Samsing note20 ultra fit?

A Samsung a70 is a tight fit. Hope it helps.

Would a iphone 7 fit and a portable charger fit ?

It does an iPhone 8 with a bit of room around it and I could get house keys and a car key in the front zip pocket but it really does depend on the size of your portable charger.

Does this fit car keys?

As long as they're not too chunky yes. It's cheap and cheerful and works for my phone, house key/car key.
