It is a well made patch that says what you want it to, the way you ask them to make it look. The embroidering is clean and clear, and is velcro ready.I've used these guys before, and remind myself each time why I keep using them.

Very well manufactured
Backing is sturdy and stitching is tight and even. Very satisfied. It's a good value, but if it had been a little less expensive I probably would have ordered several with different text.

Stitching could be better
Overall the custom patches were not horrible. The text was correct and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. But the stitching was a bit messy and not as sharp as I'd have liked. I just donated them to a charity that provides service dogs to people and had some new patches remade. They didn't even notice what I just described so it may just be that my expectations or standards were a bit too high.
