Has helped so much with my pain and arthritis. The price is great compared to other companies selling jade or amethyst matts. The size is good as well. The heat penetrates deep and you can tell it's different than just a regular heating pad. This winter the cold has chilled me to the bone and I cant seem to get warm but just laying 15 mins on the pad will warm my whole body. It can get SUPER hot, probably too hot. I definitely would not leave it on unattended. The controller is a major downfall, its terrible. Hard to connect, doesnt work right sometimes. Sometimes the lights wont turn on, I cannot get the timer to work, sometimes it wont heat up but it I turn it off and back on it fixes the problem.
