High-Efficiency Protection for Network Enclosures and Media Boxes
The CyberPower ST625U is structurally ideal for placement within an electronics or media enclosure. Because routers, modems, and small switches typically draw low wattage (often under 50W combined), this unit can provide significantly extended runtimes compared to its full-load rating, often keeping a home network alive for 30–60 minutes during an outage. • Enclosure Compatibility: Its slim, 3.2-inch depth and keyhole mounting slots allow it to be mounted vertically against the backboard of a structured wiring cabinet or electronics box, maximizing internal airflow and cable management. • Surge Suppression: Offers 890 Joules of surge suppression and EMI/RFI noise filtration, which is critical for protecting sensitive broadband signals from line noise that can cause packet loss or connection drops. • Management Integration: The HID-compliant USB port allows for direct integration with PowerPanel Personal software, enabling automatic, graceful shutdowns for connected NAS devices or small PCs if the battery reaches a critical level. • Mechanical Integrity: The casing is robust plastic, and the GreenPower UPS design minimizes heat generation, a vital feature for equipment placed inside a closed electronics box. This UPS provides a "painless" way to ensure your internet connection remains stable during power flickers and brownouts, representing "great value" for a dedicated networking backup.

Check Your Voltage
This makes a great power strip and did stay on when the power went out. But I've had to plug way too much voltage in to it so it no longer can. My fault for not calculating ahead of time. Heat mats for tanks, etc. Definitely need a more powerful one. But based on your needs, this could be a great option at a great price.

Gives you just enough power.
Overall I really like this product. However let me explain the downfalls. There's really just one. After the battery was fully charged I installed the device to my computer. I connected my computer a 32 inch monitor that's also a television. I also connected a clock radio. So I have three items connected. I installed the PowerPanel Personal software that can be downloaded from the CyberPower website. This software allows you to see everything that is going on with the UPS power backup. Mine shows that I am running approximately 100 Watts in order to power the three devices connected. At full charge capacity it says that it should be able to run 18 minutes if the power goes out. Not bad just enough power to save what I need to and shut down. However I tried it out by unplugging the device. after plugging it back in approximately 40 seconds after unplugging. It said I only had 14 minutes left to run on the batteries. So there is the downfall. There's just not enough battery power to actually use it for a long period of time. But honestly I was not planning on using this except as a safety, in order to power down my computer and save what I needed to. This is an excellent product for that purpose. I edit photos and videos on my computer and this product will give me the time I need in order to save my work if the power goes out. Not to mention to save emails or letters if need be. I only gave this product four stars due to the fact the battery time indicator was not truly accurate. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.

Zero percent failure rate!
For years, I always bought a name brand (3 letters and starts with the letter A). In the past few years, I have experienced a 100% failure rate. Before I retired, I was responsible for buying computers, displays, battery backups etc. for the county we lived in. I always bought the name brand and seldom had a problem. Here at home, I also bought the name brand but in the past 2 years, every backup failed, not the battery, but the electronics within the backup. I switched to CyberPower a few years ago. The 4 CyberPower backups I have are working great and I've not had a single failure.

Works with Synology NAS
Works with Synology NAS. I have two Synology NAS devices and I connected this via USB to the primary one. I set it up as a USB UPS and it was recognized correctly. I then enabled the Network UPS Server and it was seen by the secondary NAS as well. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless installation. It is showing 100% charged and an estimated 29 minutes of backup time. Physical info for the UPS. It has nice compact size, it has an access panel on the bottom for replacement of the battery, and it has 4 battery backed up ports and 4 surge protected ports. As always, the orientation of the plugs will never be exactly what you want them to be. Search for "Power Brick Extender" and you will get packs of short extension cords. Don't search for "Short Extension Cord" I didn't get as many results. <sigh> I replaced my antique power strip that is probably yellow from overheating with the new backup. I'm ready for Summer Thunderstorms!! Oh, The Amazon Basics UPS is made by CyberPower, however, I got this one because it comes with a 3-YEAR WARRANTY – INCLUDING THE BATTERY; $100,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee, the Amazon Basics does not.

Can't handle Power Requirements of Basic home Theater
I recently lost a home theater setup of a 55" UHD LG tv, XBOX One X, Fire TV (Thats just in the entertainment center) to a lightning strike. They were all on a fairly descent home theater power strip but mother nature is powerful and did her thing. I have seen a lot of quick on an off hits to the power with recent storms in the area and I thought it would be nice to have at least a minute or two to be able to shut down my equipment properly in the event of a power outage or bad storm that is doing that. Once I got everything replaced I hooked this UPS up and put my TV, XBOX, stereo and a very low power clock on the battery backup side. The non backup side has my subwoofer, fire tv, Nintendo Switch. I have been watching tv for days with no issue but once I got my Xbox One X and downloaded games....fired up the first graphics intense game that pulled little extra juice I got an alarm from the UPS and everything shut down. This was worse than the power going on and off from storms. After I realized that it was the Xbox drawing the power I moved all the higher power devices over to the non battery backup side of the UPS which has totally defeated the purpose of me purchasing this device so it is useless to me. I don't recommend this to anyone that has anything to backup more than a laptop and a cell phone because you will be disappointed. 2/11/2020 Now that the power has gone out a couple of times I have found another reason to hate this thing. When the power goes out an audible alarm goes off. You are then forced to turn the power off by holding down the button which turns your devices off then turn it back on. Which shocks your devices anyway. Yes I know you can turn them off first but I didn't expect that to happen the first time because it is a friggan UPS!!! This is a total POS. I have complete buyer remorse with this product. Do not buy this, move on and find something else. Once I find another product it is going in the recycle bin.

Buen precio

Easy and quick to set up
So far, so good. Easy to set up (did not bother connecting the USB cable) and all seems good so far without any power outages. Outlets well-spaced. Some are surge protected and the other side surge protected and backup battery.

Saves me every time !
PC with Intel 8700, gaming video card, 4K 40" monitor, ethernet hub, voip phone, 2nd wifi router, all behind this UPS. We're getting the occasional power blip. Sometimes a second, a few seconds, sometimes longer. The shorter blips totally keeps everything going. The longer power outages, I can comfortably use the PC and 4K monitor for a bunch of minutes. How long I'm actually not quite sure. The whole point is that my PC is shielded from noise on the power line and to not have to reboot during a power blip. With a longer outage I have enough time to shut everything down gracefully. So yes, it's winner.

100% Buy it
1 year update: I cannot say more about how happy I am with the product, It has plenty of Juice and yes honestly in north america you will rarely need a UPS but there are sometimes when it becomes a live saver, No issues with it whatsoever, works like a charm. Has plentny of Usb and 3 prong plugs that work for me. Also has a battery life health indicator that pops up in the taskbar for your PC so you can monitor the UPS health. If I was in the market for a UPS, would I reccomend this for a first time buyer? Yes. Would I buy it again? Yes. Love it. XXXXXXXXXXXX-----------------------------------------------XXXXX----------------------------------XXXXXXXX Overall a very decent buy in comparison to the other products this one is fine with me I use it only for my Computer equipment mainly my desktop and Laptop directly hooked into the Ups and the Ups is connected to a surge protector just being extra careful. But yes I don't regret this buy the price was a bit steep but its competitive to the other products so if you need one in a prime delivery Yes this will do the job I have a gaming Rig and it holds well.
