Beautiful and Solid
The 27" undersink mount was the largest I could fit in the 30" base cabinet (Home Depot Hampton Bay style). My remodeling contractor said these stainless steel sinks won't hold up to garbage disposal mounting. But he pick up one end to the Kraus 16 ga. sink and was impressed with the sink's rigidity and weight. Absolutely no flex. BE AWARE on a kitchen remodel with a garbage disposal the disposal's drain/p-trap did not line up the old drain rough-in which was exactly 16 inches center above the kitchen floor (not cabinet). The drain needed lowering about 2 inches at least but not too low so the P-trap is obstructed by the cabinet bottom. Helpful measurements the sink drain is about 10.5" below the undersink mounting surface (quartz). And the Insinkerator discharge pipe bottom is about 6.5" center below sink when mounted. So the height stackup (sink + disposal drain + P-trap) (10.5" + 6.5" + 2" = 19"). So drain outlet needs to be at least 19" below the counter top mounting surface (again with Insinkerator disposal). YMMV but I was remodeling so the contractor lowered the drain height about 2". Also on the 27" sink the drain opening is in the right rear so could be mounting issues as well with the placement and disposal diameter (electrical outlets, air gap pipes, etc). This sink will scratch but I want a 100% functional daily use sink and not a show piece. I will clean it in the direction of stainless steel grain - left to right in my case. And will use the included rack but not every day. Edit: After 5 mo. of use I love this sink. Yes it easily scratches but now use the included bottom rack exclusively. Hand wash dishes once per day and the rack keeps dishes dry until wash time. The drain in the right rear is excellent as stacked dishes donโt block the drain opening. Almost silent operation with Insinkerator disposal (no vibration). The 25โ usable width and ample depth make cleaning bbq grills much easier. The Krauss replaces a 30โ top mount twin sink that had a tiny prep sink in combo with a larger, shallow bowl sink (builder special). Totally worthless as the prep sink had the garbage disposal and the smallish main sink bowl had none. Hated that twin sink!

Good choice
This review is for Kraus 27" undermount 16 gauge single bowl sink with drain in the corner. Everything about it is correct: 16 guage is so much sturdier than the 18 gauge sinks, the angles direct water to the corner drain so you're not chasing debris around in circles trying to clean the sink. The corners are rounded making cleaning much easier. Worth every penny.

Quality deep sink!
I've installed this sink in 3 rehabbed kitchens and they look fantastic. Be aware that they are deeper than a standard sink you may be used to, so, if you have a disposal, you must make sure the drain pipe into your wall is low enough to allow for water to flow out of the disposal and out the house. The quality of the sink is second to none - 16ga is so much more quiet and durable than the 18ga stuff contractors make standard. The extra grate, stopper and micro towel are a nice addition, too! Like all brushed stainless, just make sure to keep clean with a non-aggressive cleaner ( I use Bar Keepers Friend). I'll probably buy 5-6 more of these this year!

Seems to be Good Quality and Well Designed
+ Offset drain make more of the sink virtually flat + Able to fit a 27" sink into a 27" base cabinet (granite guys did) + Nice accessories (drain cover, rack)

No dents or major scratches after 6 mos
No dents or major scratches after 6 mos of use at home. Very nice sink for the price. The bottom rack works well but cleaning isnโt that easy.

Kraus..... gotta be German for kitchen bath tub!
Let me first start by saying that this sink is really nice and seems to be very well made. I purchased the 27โ with the off-set drain due to my under cabinet needs, but I was unable to use my garbage disposal due to the added depth of this Kraus sink. The drain on my disposal was just a fraction of an inch lower than my stub out coming out of the wall which would have caused standing water in the disposal. I just ditched the disposal for now and used the drain that came with the sink. Just be mindful of the extra depth of the sink and plan accordingly if a disposal is a must for you! ! Like other reviewers have mentioned, it came packaged very good and very fast with Prime shipping. The provided template was a huge bonus, but I will admit I was very reluctant to make the sink cutout in our new walnut butcher block countertop. It was my first time doing something like this and the olโ sphincter was at maximum pucker level during the cut process! I figured I only really had one shot to get it right otherwise it was $600 worth of wood down the tubes.... well Iโm glad to say that it turned out really nice! The only problem I have with our new sink is the little drain cover they give you started to rust almost immediately after getting wet and the basket in the drain itself lets quite a bit of food pass through it and down the drain. The rust is of the most concern because the cover appears to be stainless steel like the sink and it has me questioning the durability and quality of the metal used during the manufacturing process. So far the sink hasnโt shown any signs of rust, but Iโll update my review if it does. All in all, this sucker is an absolute beast and will hopefully withstand the test of time.

Beautiful and Shines Easily
Love this sink. It comes with a grid, which I don't use, and I am sure the grid would prevent scratches. I've used this sink for about a year and a half and it shines beautifully. I figured I'd use the grid if I got tired of the way it is, but so far I love it. I use a small plastic tub for a dish pan, but I like the large sink for large items like oven racks or refrigerator drawers.

Dissappointing
Love this sink, size, corner drain. Hate the stains that won't come out. I cleaned every night and the greyness and spots are SUPER disappointing.

Fantastic and deep!
Have had this installed for about 1.5 months now in a new kitchen island with quartz countertops. The sink is definitely quality built and thick stainless steel. Was a bit surprised with how big it is ( having come from a older double bowl sink) and is great having the extra depth to wash large pots. So far itโs easy to keep clean and so long as you wipe it down after cleaning dishes it remains shiny and spot free. The countertop guys installed it for me but watching them it was easy to install as an under mounted sink. So far am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend this brand to friends and family. Well with the costs.

I ordered the 27" over the 30" proved to be a good move!
The 27" looks much better than the 30" and functions just the same. I find the larger size looks more like a trough which made me opt out to the size smaller and Iโm glad I did. The offset drain is the way to go, it frees up all kinds of space in the cabinet below. This sink is top quality stainless steel. I'm in the plumbing business and had a choice of any of the top manufactures, Kraus did not disappoint in any aspects, design, looks, quality of sink and accessories, packaging, shipping, ease of installation and drains properly. The looks and functions has added a real wow factor to the kitchen design. I was not disappointed in anyway.

Love this Sink!!!!
I canโt say enough how much I love this Kraus sink!! One of the best purchases made for a huge home reno. I use to have the old 2 sink type and thought I might miss it, but NOT AT ALL! If I happen to have a sink full of dishes in my new open concept living space, no one call even see them unless you walk up to it. Even though it might seem smaller by measurement compared to other sinks, this sink is huge! Also with the drain being to the side, it gives us extra usable space under the cabinet. Wish I had this over 20 years ago!
