My in-laws purchased this for us after their dog chewed ours to bits on a visit. We were moving so I stored it away. Finally pulled it out to set up (many months later) and I’m extremely disappointed. We tried 3 phones, 2 WiFi connections, and hotspot. None worked! We would get all the way to the end only to have connection fail. Exceedingly frustrating. I feel awful that money was wasted and I can’t even return the item. Customer service is zero help. This would have been perfect if it worked. Such a shame

It does not connect to WiFi or work as promised. Extremely disappointed with the product.
