I purchased the Wojet 20" when my old 12" bearing failed. The unit arrived in good shape. I was impressed by the quality of the materials and the build. All the parts were included and easily located. Assembly was a breeze and took about ten minutes. Everything looked great at that point and I am feeling good about the purchase. I have a 3400 psi washer with a Cat pump. Really good machine. When I fired up my washer and engaged the Wojet cleaner, the first thing I noticed is it was much quieter than my old one. And while it was loosening some of the grime on my driveway, it was not producing the results I was used to seeing. The surface just wasn't very clean. I decided to hover it over one spot for a moment as this should produce a distintly clean circle on the surface of the pavement if the cleaner was working. It did not. While it was somewhat cleaner, it was far from actually being clean. As I attempted to clean the drive, the cleaner was not producing a good result, even with multiple repeated passes over the same area. I checked the tightness and alignment of the jets. All good, but still not performing well. I changed the jets to the second set sent with the machine and there was no difference. I changed pressure hoses from my washer just to make sure it wasn't the hose, but the results were the same. I checked the pressure with the hand wand and found it to be at its normal (high) pressure. For some reason that pressure was not being delivered from the jet orifices. I was very disappointed as I needed a cleaner that worked. I sent an email to Wojet support later that evening explaining my experiences with the cleaner that day. And to my surprise I had a reply from Wojet awaiting me the next morning. Catherine asked a few basic questions... were the jets properly lined up with the rotating arm, were the jets tight, etc. I answered those questions and provided her all the details of my testing. Again, I received a reply by the very next morning. This time Catherine advised that they suspected a problem in the swivel bearing of the unit, and that Wojet was sending a replacement unit immediately. She followed up the next day with the shipping details and an expected arrival date. The replacement unit arrived a day earlier than projected. I assembled it for an 8 hour job I had planned. From the first moment of operation, this second unit performed very differently. While still quieter than my old cleaner, it was noticeably louder than the first unit. The hover test produced a clear and clean circle on the sidewalk surface. The unit performed well on a very grimy dirty sidewalk. I found that on the dirtiest surfaces, if I moved the cleaner on a slow but steady pace, and overlapped each pass about 50 pct (resulting in a double pass on all areas), the cleaner did a great job of cleaning with a minimum amount of streaking. On areas that were not as dirty, I did not have to overlap to create a streak-free result. I am very pleased with the Woject 20" cleaner and recommend it. And the responsive service and support from Catherine and Woject is really something to brag about. I have never had a more responsive experience with an on-line vendor. Complete satisfication with a complete solution that they offered very quickly. While it was disappointing that the first unit did not function properly, I would not hesitate to buy another unit based on the outstanding backing this company provides on its products. I was not paid to say any of this. Woject earned this respect with their service.

Honestly just buy it ! Lady’s put this on your wedding registry! Skip the toaster . This has been a game changer for my spring cleanup. It is well build easy to handle, does not leave streaks. I had to buy a different hose because I didn’t not have the quick release on my original hose but that worked out better for me because I can just easily switch between both now . What use to take me days to was done in one afternoon . We are on a well and this did not make me feel like I was wasting water . I am more than happy with my purchase.

In love with this machine. Light weight yet hard core strength and performance where it counts. I like the feel of it in my hands, the ease of pulling the trigger and the castors let me roll it wherever I want it to go.

The unit arrived well packaged and it was easy to assemble. One person complained of leaks but I'd bet they didn't use Teflon tape on their fittings. I have used this unit only once and I have experienced no leaks yet. There is a grease fitting on the bearing so pack that before using. The unit seems to be well built and the stainless steel appears to be of better quality than some others. The unit is heavy but it rolls easily. The stiff brushes along the edges kept mist to a bare minimum and the 4 caster design allowed me to run the unit closer to edges of the sidewalk than a 3 caster unit would allow. This unit worked well with my pressure washer which is rated at 3800 PSI. I highly recommend applying bleach or a cleaner to the area prior to cleaning and move slow if you are attempting to remove heavy grime or mildew. My only concern is more a curiosity than a complaint. This unit utilizes three heads rather than two. That being said, I have to wonder if the two head design may dispense more water (higher pressure) from each head since those units have a larger diameter supply tube to the heads. That concern is the only reason I deducted one star from my rating.

Excellent company that stands behind their product....something hard to find these days. I bought this surface cleaner and it did a great job at first, but then quit spraying water. I contacted customer service & they quickly diagnosed the problem & sent the parts to fix it. I replaced the parts & the cleaner has worked great ever since. I highly recommend this product and company!

This is the right tool and size (20") for most any residential application. In the wide open, this surface cleaner does a great job, but along the edges, it struggles a little bit, especially if the there is any gravel. Grass or bark beds seem to do fine. It is very good quality with stainless steel parts and is very maneuverable. I do with they supplied alternate connection hardware. It is supplied with 1/2" quick connect, which is appropriate for a device that handles 4500 psi, but also having an M22 universal threaded connector would have been good for us weekend warriors who have 3200 PSI pressure washers, nothing a trip to the hardware store couldn't fix. I recommend adding a 3/8" Male by M22 connector or a 3/8" Male by 1/4" (or 5/16") quick connect depending on your setup to make sure you can run this unit out of the box. If you have a 4500 PSI pressure washer with 1/2" Quick Connect fittings, you should be good to go!

the wojet surface cleaner really works well. In fact I think it cleans the surface better and at least 50 percent faster than a wand alone. I used it for the first time on a large 20,000 square ft area and i was able to clean 1/3 of the area in 2 days. the Wojet cleaner does not move the water and debris like a wand does , so after you do a small section you have to use the wand to push the water and debris and rinse off the cleaned area. After two days of heavy duty use, I inspected the unit for wear and tear and found no problems. this is a well built unit that will last for years

Use this machine to clean our driveway before my husband sealed it. It worked great!! Took off all the tire tracks with little effort. Beats scrubbing it by hand!
