It's basically a fun costume piece with zero practical use but much fantastical fun use. Good for Halloween or being a secret weirdo. Good quality, I don't know if that's velvet or velour but it's good enough and the tie neck works out well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect length to not have to worry about dragging on ... *by J***E on January 12, 2018* I am 6'2" and it is between 2 and 3 inches off of the ground depending on the footwear. Perfect length to not have to worry about dragging on the ground, getting dirty. Thin material but not thin enough to look cheap. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Details *by S***N on October 29, 2017* I'm 5'1" and with 2 1/2 inch heels it did drag on the floor enough for some people to step on it. I purchased this for a snow white costume . The gold detail went great with this costume. The hood was large enough to cover my whole head comfortably. The fabric is slightly see through , not a lot . It did keep me warm enough so that I had to remove it when we started dancing around I had to remove it because it was too hot to keep it on (on a night that was around 68° night).
