The side-light makes a huge difference in the versatility of this light vs other similar items. Terrific! Two great lights in one mini flashlight is amazing, so amazing I ordered another 4 pack. As long as they hold up as well as the non-COB flashlights I will be very impressed. Customer service is awesome too!

The type of flashlight I bought from these folks was the 6 pack for $15.99. They take one AA battery. Its a flashlight with two light levels. A COB side light with one light level and a strobe. All 6 worked fine. I use Eneloop AA rechargeable batteries with these. Nice little light. The light beam is zoomable from wide to narrow. I really like that it only needs one AA battery instead of 3 AAA batteries. The flashlight has a side belt clip as well.

Bought for dog walking and emergency kits. The beam is pretty strong, not crazy strong, but strong enough to illuminate about 100 yards down a dark street. The real reason I purchased these is the GLOW panel on the side. This throws off a softer glow at about the strength of two glow sticks- think good tent illumination not light the dining room during a blackout. Burned through a rechargeable SonyEnveloop battery in about 2.5 hours of use.

Great little flashlights. They come loose in a small box so they are a bit scuffed. Mine do not cycle through different settings (high, low, strobe). They also do not come with lanyards as pictured. (I called and Amazon sent a replacement also w/o lanyards.) But seem heavy and are very bright. Still good value for the price.

The focused beam is pretty bright by itself but with the cob light on the side im quite impressed

The addition of the COB LEDs make this an excellent flashlight that runs on a single AA. The package comes with small lanyards and the price is great. Will order more for gifts.
