I got this pillow because it had a contour. My previous tempurpedic pillow with contour really helped improve my neck problem but my old pillow needed replacing. The CopperFresh is the most soft yet supportive pillow I hoped for. I love it...don't want to get up in the morning! The only negative is it has a slight odor. The odor mostly went away in a couple of weeks. It's not continuous but I do get a faint whif occasionally. It doesn't bother me when I sleep at all and I am very sensitive to smells. It truly is sooo luxurious. I would recommend it with the warning of the faint odor. I barely get whiffs of it anymore.

I really love this pillow. Helped me a lot. I wake up rested after a solid night sleep. I recommend this for people who have apnea or have a stiff neck when waking up.

We have been trying different pillow for the last several years and this is the first to accommodate all sleeping styles. No more stiff necks and no more interrupted sleep.

No idea on anything since the pillow was shrink wrapped and never went back into shape and was torn.

I was advised to buy this kind of pillow for a chronic stiff neck. After my entire lifetime on conventional pillows, it took some getting used to. However, I really like it now! My neck problems are definitely better.

This product smells horribly- the smell made my head hurt when that pillow is around. I thought if I let it air out for a week, the smell would eventually go away, yet the smell still remains. I felt this product is not legit and I wasted quite a bit of money on two of them. Not worth purchasing it

The pillow was a little to thick for my neck and made my head feel like it was pushed up in an awkward angle, otherwise I would have given it five stars.

I thought this pillow give me more support, but unfortunately it does not for me. It is also too small and a little too soft. Having the cutout is good thing.

I was very disappointed when I received this pillow. It was an ordinary pillow which did not have any sort of contour. It may be a very comfortable pillow but I requested one with contour to alleviate my shoulder pain. Beware!

I do find the pillow quite comfortable, however, it is not the shape that was advertised.

Not sure if this is a knock-off, but it is not contoured at-all.Returning.
