I again had the honors of cutting the hole in the ceiling and connecting the tube. Clean up took longer than installation. Review: Well manufactured unit - Very professional unit , let’s a lot of light in. My only problem was the unit appeared to be a return. The flashing was bent , the upper plastic dome scratched, the foil tubing had two tears in it. I had someone install it , but when I returned home, they told me about it. The seller wanted pictures of the damage, but I could not do so as it was installed. They gave me a 20$ credit which was not fair. If I’d inspected it all before the install I would have sent it back. I had roofing company install since I know nothing about roofs and I wanted no leak guarantee. **Q: Can you used in 45* Angle ?** A: Yes, however I changed to solid pipe with elbows because of quality of light **Q: I need 12 feet of tube and this only has 8 where do I order the other 4 feet?** A: You can order a 12' section of tubing. Tubes come in 8' and 12'. Even though they don't recommend it, sometimes we have to add a piece to the supplied tubing to make the length needed or make it around whatever is in our way in the attic. If you do do that, make sure its taped really well because it can come loose with the heat of the attic. You will also loose some illumination by extending the tubing beyond recommended specs.
