Cookina Barbecue Reusable Non-Stick Cooking Oven Sheet Liner

I've used this mat several times now. It does have a place in my overall BBQ toolbox, but not something that I'll use on every cook.I like using it for foods like asparagus. I did get some char, but didn't have to worry about them falling through the grate (easier than using bamboo skewers, which was my old method for keeping them from falling through), so was a good compromise. Like others have commented, juices tend to puddle, so if you're trying for a crispy texture on the food, be mindful of this. I did some chicken parts that had been brined/marinated. Big puddles formed on the mat during the cook and eventually the juices ran into the fire, causing flare ups. See picture.Despite the hype of the videos with "chefs" using this mat on the grill, I would NEVER cook a steak on this thing - you'd never get a good crust on it due to all the juices puddling up. It'd be more like braised than grilled. That being said, you can use this characteristic to advantage to cook foods in a sauce by basting.

In my first month of used is work great. Specialty with my tilapias (fish). The only comment that I have is that in the video it show that easy to clean at the same time you are cooking, but is not. You have to clean it fast if not it will stick (cheese, barbecue sauce). Very easy to clean with mild soap and warm water.

The sheet worked really well for the first 10-12 uses. The non stick coating is great and it makes cooking anything on the grill really easy. It is a little difficult to clean and that needs to be done immediately after use. After appoximately 10 uses it developed a small tear while being scrubbed clean in the sink. That hole got much worse with the subsequent 2 uses and cleanings and now has a large hole that makes it unusable. Dissapointed it wasn't more durable. I followed all of the directions and only used plastic utensils and cleaning brushes.

Ended up throwing it away after a few uses. We just didn't like how it prevented good browning of items on the grill, and it was a pain to wash. It's like trying to wash a writhing snake. It also put off an odor that I believe affected the taste of the food.

Okay, nothing special. A lot of greasy, dirty work to clean after each use.

A friend had one of these and used it to cook fish on the BBQ. I was impressed so I purchased one. Fish cooks on the grill without getting stuck and still gets grill marks. I use it for shrimp, scallops, vegetables and anything else that might fall through the grill. Cleans up fast and easy with warm water and dish soap. Very happy with my purchase.

Works great for grilling veggies. Not extremely durable on the grill, but reasonably priced enough to replace as needed.

As advertised, much better price than stores

Love the concept and it works well for the most part but hamburgers still get the grease fires built up and cleanup is not as easy as the ads make it look. It does keep the grill clean so its well worth the money. we will see how durable it is at the end of the summer.

Excellent product; food cooks the same as without using this (complete with grill lines); washes to as new with soap and water.

Bought this for my husband after seeing it on TV recently as he loves to BBQ. Used it once and he said it's amazing, works so well cleans up easily and would definitely recommend.

If you've never used one, try it. These are great for cooking chicken. etc. Keeps bbq grill clean and meat juicy.
