I’ve used this product many times, and I recommend it. Color is nice. Doesn’t dry hair too much.

Hair came out very nice. The ash blonde doesn't leave any orange tint if you are coloring over dark hair. I love how my hair feels so soft after coloring it with this. Very happy with this!

Pretty and natural-looking color on me. The color stays well, and the after treatment conditioner that comes with it is great. I tend to look orange-y when colors get too warm, so this is a nice light blonde. I order in bulk.

It was easy to mix and apply. My hair feels soft and not damaged or anything. I did take a star because it didn’t come out the color on the box. I guess my hair was too dark? So if you already have blonde hair, and just want it blonder, I’d recommend. Do NOT use if you have my original hair color or darker. It actually turned out even redder than it looks in the picture.

UPDATE 3/7/23: At the end of January I did a bleach bath to get everything to a level 10, and another round of this same dye. Its been over a month now and the color still looks fantastic, I have to touch up my roots soon! I will continue to buy this product I LOVED this dye!! I’ve been dying and cutting my own hair for a few years now, and I recently decided to go blonde. I received the 9A dye today with same day shipping, and immediately got to work after doing another round of bleach on my roots and Olaplex 3 after. I also applied it to my brows. It turned out beautiful! Will update if anything changes in the coming weeks. My hair was wet in the before pics; When dry it’s usually a mix of level 7 inside near my roots, 8 and 9 on my mids, and some of the highlights are a level 10. I was using the Ferria ice blonde toner before, which was good but is meant for LEVEL 10 HAIR and did not cover the darker parts at all. I decided I need something stronger and went with a permanent dye to really cancel out that hideous brassy yellow I always get after lightening (I have level 2 hispanic hair naturally). This product worked WONDERS! I left it on longer than the directions say to and of course some parts of my hair processed a tad more than others. This is more my own fault and not that of the product; I had pink money pieces before going blonde and those poor strands have gotten bleached like 10 times, so they took this dye more than the rest of my hair. I like this look though and im sure it will even out as I wash my hair! Smell is tolerable and I intend to keep using this as my roots grow out.

This review isn’t about the product. It’s about the delivery from Amazon. I have used this hair color for many years and it works great for me. So again the lower rating isn’t about Preference. Yesterday I received the email that the package was delivered, looked on our covered front porch and no package. I thought that maybe the driver left the package in our mailbox. Went out this morning and it wasn’t in the mailbox either. It was on the ground behind out brick mailbox. I did send a complaint on the delivery but it doesn’t give anyone the option of a comment.

I used to have a colorist, then I had a downturn in my earning dollars so tried this haircolor by myself and I was so happy with the results. Not to mention how much I was saving doing it myself!! My hair is normally a light brown with approximately 30% grey. This ash blonde with my hair shade gives great color so I subscribed so I won't ever be without :)

After bleaching my bright red hair and toning it with Wella T18 it still needed something to even out the colour. I waited a week and used this colour. It worked perfectly. No brassyness or orange tones. Beautiful!

Now my hair become orange. It's totally waste of money

I know I should have listened to the reviews but I didn't. Thankfully I did a strand test, it did not do a thing. Don't buy this, waste of money.
