How many lbs of hold does it have and will it bond glass to pet plastic? whats the bonding time?

You are better off using our new Power Tac. It will bind better to both materials. Regarding how much it will hold, that is a function of what the end use will be, how much surface area is being bonded and the function of the items once adhered. How clear does this dry? and will it turn yellow over time like epoxy does?

I used it to glue a clear crystal Christmas ornament.You cannot tell where the glue is and it has not yellowed in over one year .

Maybe, never used it for anything really heavy. Be sure to let it cure a few days untouched. And test it.

What is the best glue to use when attaching glass cabochons to the frames?

If the frames are metal. This glue would work. Best to rough up the areas to be glued with a file or sandpaper first.
