Works Well for Digestion, But Drink Quickly or it will be too thick
This psyllium husk powder works well and is a great addition for supporting regular digestion. The powder mixes easily with water, but it thickens very quickly, so it’s important to drink it right after mixing before it turns into a gel like texture. The 400 gram size is a good value and should last a long time with regular use. I like that it is vegan and gluten free, making it a good option for people with different dietary preferences. It’s a simple, effective product that does what it’s supposed to do.

A better way to add fiber!
I was so pleased when I first used Earth Root Psyllium husk. I find it a much better way to get fiber in contrast to another brand I was using that contained aspartame and other additives. The Earth Root brand has no extra additives and it mixes easily with water. I can’t say that it actually dissolved, but rather dispersed in the water. It was tasteless and was easy to drink. I have been using psyllium husk for a while to keep my digestion regular and gentle. An added benefit is that it makes me feel full longer, which has cut down on me craving sweets. I also like that it’s gluten-free (I am gluten sensitive), but note that it is made in a factory that also processes wheat. Overall, it's a simple, economical fiber supplement that's easy to add to a daily routine. I highly recommend!

Always buy Psyllium Husk But Never Buy Psyllium Powder, It is very difficult to mix in water, Psyllium Powder forms thick Lumps But Psyllium Husk easily dissolves in Water, Go for Psyllium Husk only.
