I was so pleased when I first used Earth Root Psyllium husk. I find it a much better way to get fiber in contrast to another brand I was using that contained aspartame and other additives. The Earth Root brand has no extra additives and it mixes easily with water. I can’t say that it actually dissolved, but rather dispersed in the water. It was tasteless and was easy to drink. I have been using psyllium husk for a while to keep my digestion regular and gentle. An added benefit is that it makes me feel full longer, which has cut down on me craving sweets. I also like that it’s gluten-free (I am gluten sensitive), but note that it is made in a factory that also processes wheat. It's quite fresh and crisp. Good product.

As you can see in the picture it's not natural, it's fully bleached. The slightly off white portion is earlier brand and natural one. The 5 ratings seems to be given by seller himself. I have been using other brand product for long time and never had any problem, this is giving uncomfortable gastritis.
