But for what it’s worth, these look great, have awesome traction, and hold up to a lot of torque. I’m 280 and pump a lot of power into my pedals and crank, and they’ve held up well. Review: Great Grip ! - I purchased these to replace the stock pedals on my mountain bike, which came with those strap and plastic 'cages' which have been driving me crazy for years! I can't tell you how many times I've fallen over trying to get my feet into the 'cage'. These are very well made, of aircraft quality aluminum, and only weigh about an ounce more than the stock pedals. the bearings are very smooth, and the pedal screwed to the crankshaft easily and without issue. They have lttle 'spikes' which grab the bottom of and shoe or sneaker with absulutely no slippage, and they are the same on both sides, so no need to hit the 'cage' or clip on one side of teh pedal. They even give you some spare replacement spikes in case one comes loose and falls out. And I love the available colors! A high quality product and definitely recommended.

These pedals are great! Good price, large footpad area and really grip. I’ve had a set on my old Killer V 500 Canondale for over a year. I use it to commute about 16 miles a day. Just recently bought two more sets - one for my Lectric xpeak 2.0 and one for my kids mountain bike. I’ve got the blue and black ones and the anodizing is decent. The blue has not faded and has retained most of its color better than many other anodized products I’ve used. Comes with a few extra grip pins and a small tool to change them but I’ve never needed to. Pedal on left (with silver) is over a year of use, pedal on right (all black n blue) new 01/26.
