Can I have a refund please?** A: Mine too within four months - email sent to Salter. Boiled dry, flashed and left a blackened base. Thank goodness there was no fire. **Q: Am i correct in thinking the Leds should gradually change from blue to red whilst the kettle boils?** A: Yes it does .. blue light stays on all the time . Then once boiled changes to red and clicks off and returns to blue , even when water still hot inside . **Q: I bought this kettle 20th january 2022. it has now stopped working. i would like refund please. can you advise on this process please.** A: I’ve never experienced a problem with returning faulty goods to Amazon. Looks more expensive than what it is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a fast boiler *by G***E on 28 December 2022* Great looking product and pours very well. We have had a few blue led glass kettles before but always had an issue with pouring being messy or slow pouring due to the design of the lid. This pours beautifully. The best we have found (so far?). The red and blue led's look good too but I have 2 issues with this kettle. First..it takes a long time to boil and then once boiling, takes a long time to switch off. Second..the design of the catch and hinge on the lid means steam escapes from the back of it above the handle when boiling and also when still hot. So if you need to switch the kettle off for any reason on the toggle switch at the top of the handle you meed to be careful.
