I wish I’d gotten the large size. I’m currently trying to put another pillow under my heels to compensate. I would guess the Medium would work way better for me. However, it’s not really practical to try to return it - it is now expanded to full size and wouldn’t fit back in the box it came in.I advise any other bad back sufferers to order a size smaller than their chart or, better still, the seller could publish a more specific guide with recommended thigh measurements matched to the specific pillow measurements. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Back pain relief. *by B***M on Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2018* This was exactly what I've been looking for. Regular pillows were just not doing it anymore. I really needed something with enough height and firmness to really lift my knees up enough to take the strain off of my lower back. I followed the size guide. I was right at the top of the small range and almost went to a medium because often foam products are too soft for me. But I do have short legs for my height, 29 inch inseam, and this worked out great. The cover is soft, the whole thing seems to be fine quality. I'm almost giddy, having found exactly what I've searhed for.
