When it arrived it didn't seem to work and only worked in 1 of my PC's USB hubs. After getting in touch with customer support (who were quirky, knowledgeable and extremely helpful) they replaced it and it worked perfectly. Because of how friendly the support was I don't even count this as a bad experience (and I'm normally not easy to please).The fit is quite loose - not falling off but not so tight so those with a small head will have an issue. It is, however, comfortable, well balanced and not at risk of falling off for me. It fully encompasses my ears without touching them for a very relaxed and ambient feel.Mic is very clear, and the software gives a mic boost too. Like most USB mics it's ok but not that loud on max, with the boost you can take it down 20%. A bit of background sound gets through but it's clear enough I can turn it down a touch and get a good setting. It doesn't need to be particularly close to the mouth either, so I can keep it clear of breathing sounds and have an nice unobtrusive mic.Sound is clear and seems to have a good balance of sound to them. The bass isn't super deep although good for the price. The highs are balanced though, without a feel of being tinny or thin. The phones are not fully noise cancelling but the sound is very clear even with background sound and without being set too loud so I'm happy with that result. Taking the set off you can barely hear it so it doesn't leak out and doesn't need to be loud for it to be very clear. The only negative is the "7.1" (needs their software installed) seems like a gimic. Equaliser fine, handful of reverb presets fine, 3d setting fine, 7.1 rotating orbit thing...I just don't get it. I doubt that's the phones though - just the whole concept - and I don't need it turned on so no issue. Not like I paid extra for it.Overall: comfy, decent, and particularly good for the price.

Great pair for the price range but are not noise cancelling I my opinion but there the sound quality is very good and the mic is ok. The bottom line is for the price would be hard to beat.

Bought these to replace my plantronics gamecon 788 headset. Which I loved a lot.These are better! Better sound, better fit and comfortable for long wearing. Lighter and the removable mic is a big plus for me. As long as you have a proper home for it so it doesn't get lost! Sound is amazing, especially the surround. If you download the software you have great control over sound details. And Klim seem like a good company for contacting if any problems. I've only heard good things 🙂

My onboard sound card went along with my old headphones. I was thinking of buying a creative labs card and then a mate recommended this solution.It has a usb sound card which has some emulation involved but the cpu overheads are nowt (FX8350 I have felt no performance hit) and the end result is stunning.Why people bother with sound cards now is beyond me and I am an audio nut. Very good quality and good volume.On the whole no disadvantages and a cracking upgrade.

Volume control doesn't work & isn't 7.1 surround sound on Ps4 only via PC, waste of money, disappointing in item, total waste of money.

Hey, just bought this gaming headset to use with my Gaming computer and PS4. It amazing sound for so low price. The packaging is very nice and delivery was fast.Sound is as much good compare to my boss headphone which cost £200. The bass are amazing.During my game I was able to heard better my enemy and be ready for the fight.I hope increase my skill with this headset.Many thanks KLIM for this amazing product.

Within 3 days of getting the product, the cables began to twist; now, within 3 months, it refuses to work. COmpletely useless and a waste of money.

the Microphone turns to lock/unlock for removal from the headset which after a month no longer a works. Decent sound and comfortable but now have to buy another headset as the microphone socket has some kind of fault

Nous sommes très satisfaits du casque Klim Impact V2. Nous avions acheté le modèle Mantis auparavant, qui était déjà très satisfaisant, puis nous avons décidé de tenter le modèle au-dessus grâce à un prix soldé : nous ne sommes pas déçus !J'avais découvert la marque Klim par hasard, après avoir essayé d'autres marques et modèles "petit budget", tous décevants. La marque Klim est la première qui ne nous ait pas déçus.La qualité du son 7.1 est toujours aussi bien reproduite via la connexion USB, toujours aussi agréable que ce soit pour le gaming sur pc ou pour écouter de la musique ou des vidéos. A noter que le casque est optimisé pour PC : sa connexion exclusivement en USB ne permet pas de le brancher sur une prise jack (rappel pour ceux qui n'auraient pas bien lu la description produit), et la partie driver/software du casque sur PC permet une bien meilleure qualité sonore qu'un casque équivalent qui serait branché sur jack. Ca nous arrange, les ports USB du PC étant plus nombreux et plus accessibles.Par contre on ne l'utilise pas sur console de jeu donc je ne peux pas commenter sur ce point.Au début j'essayais de trouver un casque polyvalent, en connexion jack, à la fois pour le PC et la TV (la TV ne comporte qu'une prise jack et non usb), et j'espérais même pouvoir aussi brancher le même casque sur la batterie électronique (là encore, prise jack), mais je me suis vite rendu compte qu'il me serait impossible de trouver un casque connexion jack de bonne qualité dans un budget raisonnable (je ne pouvais pas dépasser 50€). De plus, j'ai vite abandonné l'idée d'utiliser le même casque pour PC et batterie car la nature du son à amplifier est beaucoup trop différente et appelle bien 2 casques différents, chacun avec des caractéristiques adaptées. J'ai donc rapidement apprécié l'idée d'avoir un casque usb pour le PC (rien de mieux pour la qualité sonore), et de chercher, plus tard, un casque différent pour la TV et la batterie. Beaucoup mieux ainsi, surtout pour les petits budgets comme le mien. Chaque casque durera ainsi bien plus longtemps !!Lumières bleues toujours discrètes, comme les lumières rouges du modèle Mantis. Même pour moi qui ne suis pas une fan des lumières omniprésentes sur les articles de gaming, celles-ci ne me dérangent aucunement.Le micro est de meilleure qualité donc parfait pour le gaming en équipe online. Connaissant le modèle Mantis et son micro qui pivote facilement le long de l'arceau, j'avais peur que la version non pivotante du Impact soit plus gênante lorsqu'on n'a pas besoin du micro. Mais finalement, il ne gêne pas du tout, et est tellement facile à enlever que le confort n'en est pas diminué.Enfin, grâce à l'arceau souple sur le dessus de la tête, le casque est plus confortable et plus léger que le Mantis, et le réglage de la taille se fait tout seul, y compris pour les personnes qui comme moi ont "une grosse tête" ! Et comme, en outre, je porte des lunettes, j'ai l'habitude des casques qui font mal. Celui-ci me va pile poil. Je ne suis pas d'accord avec certains commentaires négatifs qui indiquent que ce modèle fait mal aux porteurs de lunettes.En résumé, le meilleur produit dans cette gamme de prix. J'avais peur de devoir me contenter d'un produit médiocre à cause de mon budget limité, alors je suis vraiment heureuse de l'existence de Klim, qui offre des bons casques aux gamers peu fortunés ! Merci Klim ! (et merci pour le petit texte toujours aussi rigolo qui accompagne la commande, ainsi que les échanges commerciaux humains qui nous donnent le sourire !)

Los auriculares están bien terminados y con mucho detalle.El peso en mano se nota pero puestos no son pesados.El sonido es bueno, a volumen más alto no es estridente, como si el sonido estuviera en una caja para proteger el oído, en cambio se oye todo con detalle.No oye lo de fuera ni oimos lo que está oyendo.Se ajusta a la medida de cada cabeza, no hay que tocar nada si los quiere usar otra persona.Al principio del uso molesta en la oreja (después de horas seguidas) hasta que se acostumbra al uso. Los anteriores que tenía quedaban sueltos y éstos en cambio quedan ajustados, no se mueven.El micro es cómodo, llega un momento que no te das cuenta que está (si no, se quita girando el jack) y la voz la recoje muy bien.Contentos con el producto. Esperando que duren porque los usa mucho.

Ich hab die Kopfhörer erst ein paar Wochen, aber ich liebe sie einfach sehr...Auf Klim kam ich schon vor ein 2 Jahren, hab eine Maus von euch..super Ding, super netter Support ( ich hatte damals Fragen zur Software), tut was sie tun soll wie am ersten Tag und ich hab sie fast täglich in Gebrauch.Die HörerErsteindruck:Hochwertig Verarbeitet, auch das Kabel ist noch einmal Stoffummantelt, so hab ich keine Angst mehr vor Störungen durch billiges sich ständig verhedderndes Kabelgedöns.Hörer sitzen gut am KopfAussengeräusche merklich leiser was man wissen muss wenn man auf DHL wartet und die Klingel zu leise ist..;)Reingesteckt und losgehörtDer Klang der Hörer ist voll, hat einen ordentlichen Bass, ich höre Töne die ich vorher nie hörte...sauberer Klang auch auf voller Lautstärke, kein rattern und nix.Im Skype und Teamspeak heisst es das ich laut und deutlich zu hören bin, das es gut kling und nicht wie manche Mikrofone aus denen man sich anhört als wenn man aus einer Blechdose spricht.Derzeit spiele ich wieder Online und es macht einfach Spaß und Klim macht neugierig, ich denke ich brauche nun auch noch die Tastatur von euch..:)Also ich kann nicht für jemanden sprechen der Pro- Megamäßig Hardcore zockt, aber für den Casualspieler der wie ich zb gerade in Shadowlands rumhängt oder mal ne Runde Forca fährt, sich gerne Dokus in Net anschaut..Und "die Ärzte", Foo Fighters und co klingen damit auch ziemlich geil..;9

We aren't really supposed to use gaming headsets for work. We have a list of expensive, top-of-the line headsets that we are supposed to use. However, when my last TOTL, expensive headset died horribly during my shift, I needed a new one fast. (Ok, so when the TOTL headset died, it probably actually commited suicide due to hard use and abuse, but that's another story).So my first Klim died. I am not sure why. I use it constantly. And my dog tangles the cord and yanks it out sometimes, so probably user misuse. Who knows.I plugged in an old TOTL and my customers couldn't hear me. I reordered the KLIM, issue solved.So, sticking with this brand forever.I never heard of this brand, I only knew that Amazon would deliver it quickly so I wouldn't lose paid time.I opened the box, and was sceptical. It has blue lights. I guess gamers can't find their headsets in the clutter of their basements. Wait, I'm a gamer and I don't even have a basement. I own my house, but that's another story.Anyway, the headphones were big, heavy and shiny. Not the call center look my boss imagines I have. I wasn't sure about the cushiony band that fits tight on the head. Would my hair fall out or my head get a groove?I put them on. They really are worthy of a fighter pilot or a starship communications officer. Darth Vader might own this headset.But here's the thing. They work their cushiony earpads off. They are awesome.There's no echo, not a bit. My customers can hear me, every time.The control buttons for mute and volume are on the cord and are big enough that I can see them and find them in a hurry. My TOTL headsets have been MANY, and none of them have had usable controls. Eventually, on the dainty, hidden, designed for a woman controls, I find and am able to use the mute button because it's critical. Wait, I am a woman. It just never occurred to me that my headset didn't have to be fragile and have tiny controls. I've been annoyed at the controls but never thought of anything better.Noise canceling features are terrific, earpads are comfortable, Everything works.I love this headset. I haven't had it long enough to speak about durability, but it's not expensive and works better than any of my more expensive headsets.Oh, eventually, when I get back off these stupid 14 hour a day shifts, I'll use it for gaming.
