I have!! When I took these, I saw results after about a week or 2. But honestly, I would go with a powdered collagen peptide supplement. The bioavailability is less in pill form than it is in powdered.

If you've had a muscle tear, or you're looking at improving recovering times for muscle work, collagen can be a tremendous boon. It's anti-inflammatory ingested, and it can be constipating so balance accordingly. Again, not a lotion potion.
