This lanolin cream has helped me a lot with cracked nipples. It is very thick and protective, but at the same time safe for the baby, so you don't have to remove it before breastfeeding. I use this on my lips after other products wouldnโt work for extreme chapping. Forget the Blistex, Aquaphor and Chapstick! This stuff stays put and you need very little as it goes a long way.
