Many thanks Monica **Q: If someone could let me know how long the talk time is as reviewers have stated you can only talk for seven seconds/short time before it turns off.** A: The communication time between the two connected devices lasts longer than a few seconds...or minutes. The devices will only disconnect if the receiver/caller hangs up, one of the handlers are out of range or the batteries are low. We would suggest that devices with preinstalled batteries are replaced so that you get the best performance out of the device. Anyone else having the same issue** A: Yup I sent it back **Q: How do i connect these two phones** A: How to use your phones? Press the green key with the phone symbol on each phone to turn on. Press the green key with the phone symbol a second time on one of the two phones to call the other one. Both phones will automatically connect. No need to press again the key to answer. You can now talk live! Press the red key with the phone symbol to stop the call. Press the green key to start a new call. WARNING: after 60 seconds of inactivity, phones turn off. To start a new call, you need to press both keys. • If the parent’s phone is turned off when the child tries to call him, he will hear a message prompting him to call back later. • If the child’s phone is turned off or he’s playing, the parent will hear a busy tone and must call back later. When turned off, none of the phone can receive or make a phone call. Phones can not be too far away from each other The range is approximately 30m. The communication quality will depend on the distance and surrounding environment.
