GREARDEN D001D002 (X, 02)

The first one I received, the box was beat up, had a tear in it and one flap was half torn open. Started to try and assemble and found it was missing all hardware (screws, etc). Now I need to somehow return it in the beat-up box (Thanks Amazon!). Well the replacement arrived (complete with hardware) and I put it together and my wife loves it. She said it is very comfortable, but not able to rock easily.

The worst instructions in the world. I had to disassemble twice. I'm still not sure I have the right bars in the right places. I have a bent screw but I might have bent it myself. I can't fit two of the plastic washers in. I can feel one of the bars under the seat.I was going to buy two of these but decided to try one first. I will not be buying another.8/2017 I was contacted by the company and was given a complete refund on my order. It was stated that they were sorry about the instructions and that they plan to make them better. Great customer service!

I love the relaxing feeling after a few minutes sitting on it. It looks beautiful!

WHAT MORE TO SAY, THE PIECES WOULD NOT FIT TOGETHER.

I have bought similar chairs when I lived in Milwaukee. Since we moved to South Florida. I wanted similar chairs for the patio. They are a better quality than ones I owned previously.

IT IS REALLY NICE. THE KIDS GO TO THIS CHAIR FIRST. NOT FOR JUST SITTING, IT IS GOOD FOR LOUNGING....AND TAKING NAPS.

Unsafe chairs. Difficult to get into and out of. Not safe for children or adults with any mobility issues. Your head sits below your heart, which is not a healthy position for any length of time. I emailed the company to ask for instructions on how to assemble. No customer support numbers. This chair only sits in one position and is not adjustable. If your head is on the pillow it places you in a very dangerous position.
