LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE SCISSORS and COMPANY!
I've been buying this style of scissors for years. I cut my own hair and these are the only scissors I like. The blades are great and the scissors feel good in my small hands. BONUS: Tweezerman will sharpen the blades for free, for a lifetime if you mail them to them! I recently sent them SEVEN pairs and they sharpened them ALL for FREE and mailed them back to me with no cost to me other than the initial postage to send them!! Talk about a GREAT COMPANY that will stand behind their products. ( also use their tweezers and sent those to them for a free sharpening).

Might need to add oil
I use these to keep my curtain bangs at the perfect length. Saw they were highly recommended for diy hair cutting. I did need to oil the joint with some oil that was included in a wahl trimmer kit when they first came in as they didn’t open/close smoothly but now work great.

Small and precise
These scissors work well for small, precise cuts. They’re about as good as it gets at their price point. For ladies wanting a DIY cut, check out Brad Mondo’s butterfly cut, which is nearly foolproof and looks great.

Small blade for small jobs. See my pic up top.
I bought these for trimming my bangs. They are quite sharp and cut easily. The best compliment I can give them is that my hairstylist commended me on the job I did maintaining my bangs between trims, whereas she was not too thrilled with the job I did with my old scissors. (I believe they were Revlon, purchased from the drugstore.)Please keep in mind that the blade is quite small. I don't think the measurements in the product description are as straightforward as they could be; the blade measures 2". The full length from the end of the handle to the tip of the blade is about 5". I've added a photo to show the scale. These scissors are identical to Tweezerman Stainless 2000 Styling Shears, with the exception of the plastic-covered, rather than stainless steel handles, for about $2 less.Tweezerman offers lifetime sharpening on its scissors. Details can be found on the Tweezerman website.

Tweezerman makes good stuff...
I bought this to keep my hair trimmed off of my ears between barber visits. Works great, like the Tweezerman branded nail clippers and tweezers I also own. They make good stuff. Pricey, but worth it.

Short but sweet.
Very sharp and smooth to use but the blades are shorter length than I normally use.

Not happy
Just received the scissors today. Paid $16.35. Product price is now $10.99. I do not feel they are worth the money. Seems very cheaply made. Looks and feels like scissors that you would buy in a $ store. They are sharp though and do cut hair. They weigh only .6 oz. Would have been happy at $5 but definitely not $16.35. Also bought the thinning sheers and for 53 cents less they are much heavier and feel like a better product.

These are excellent scissors, cut cleanly and perfectly.
These are high quality scissors, well-constructed, excellent material (stainless steel), cut perfectly. There is no gap whatsoever from the beginning clear out to the tip, the cutting edge is smooth and uniform (unlike some scissors in my collection). This newer version of the Tweezerman has a carefully machined micro-serrated edge that prevents hair and other stuff from sliding forward on the cutting edge. These are small but perfect for travel. When I travel I put a small plastic pipette tip over the end, don't really need a separate little case for the scissors. (see photo) Very happy with these.
