The holes which are used to fix the backboard at the back are elliptical meaning that after just a little usage the back board leans forward, the hoop then does so too.There is zero bounce in the backboard.Then the hooks by which you secure the net to the hoop broke.It's not cheap and the build quality is poor. The supplier initially denied there could be an issue, despite photographic evidence to the contrary, offering a Β£10 refund. I insisted, they relented, and offered to send a spare part to fix the elliptical issue, and then when the hoop broke suggested I buy a replacement on Amazon for which they would refund me Β£25... even though it cost Β£31.99!!
