Can you buy just the visor?

Yes you can likely search and order the visors as a separate item.

My head size is 19.5 inches what size should i get

Yes, there’s a sizing chart but it doesn’t say whether it’s for “adult” or “youth” sizes which you have helmet options for.

My head is 23.6 inches. Which is the max for the large. Should I be safe and go extra large?

I found that they run small so I had to send my first one back for a bigger size. So I would go with the extra large.
