So Hard to maneuver and broke before she even used it!
UNfortunely, I understand the concept, but if it is too hard to move the arm into the proper place, then the item doesn't work. After messing it with it a few times, the actual bottle holder broke right off. Should have sent back, but isn't that the case with so many of us crazy busy moms. I placed it in my trunk to take care of it later, but later became next week, etc.. Too bad, truly looking forward to this one

Broke as soon as it came out of the box. Wanted to love it but as with other reviews this is cheaply made.

Stiff to work but great once in place!
It’s a little stiff and hard to use but once you get it into place it works great!
