1. Bought for Rs 1099 in July 2024. 2. It has on off switch feature that is useful if you prefer connecting the drive permanently and use switch to on and off when needed.

Zuverlässiges Gehäuse, leicht zu handhaben – Preis-Leistung top Das Festplattengehäuse von SABRENT erfüllt seinen Zweck absolut zuverlässig. Der Einbau einer 2,5-Zoll-SSD war in wenigen Sekunden erledigt, komplett werkzeuglos und unkompliziert. Die USB-3.0-Verbindung ist stabil, die Datenübertragung schnell und problemlos – genau wie man es sich wünscht. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Kunststoff, was man bei dem Preis aber realistischerweise auch erwarten darf. Es ist dennoch ordentlich verarbeitet, sauber geschlossen und wirkt trotz Kunststoff nicht billig. Wer ein Aluminiumgehäuse sucht, sollte das wissen – funktional und alltagstauglich ist es trotzdem ohne Einschränkung. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Produkt zum fairen Preis. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die eine einfache und zuverlässige Lösung suchen.

Excellent Quality, Simple, and Works Perfectly
I bought the SABRENT 2.5 Inch SATA to USB 3.0 Tool Free External Hard Drive Enclosure (EC-UASP) after the USB connector on my previous external drive failed. Instead of replacing the whole drive, I removed the HDD and installed it into this enclosure—and I’m really glad I did. The build quality is excellent. It’s lightweight but still feels solid and durable. Assembly was incredibly easy—truly tool-free as advertised—and took just a couple of minutes. Performance has been flawless. It connected immediately, works perfectly, and I’ve had zero issues so far. It basically gave new life to my old hard drive. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase. If you’re looking for a reliable, simple, and well-built enclosure, this is a great choice.
