Pfaltzgraff Winterberry 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

I can always count on Pfaltzgraff to have good quality dishes. They have a nice weight to them so they will last a lifetime. Yet they are still dishwasher and microwave safe! I love the Winterberry pattern for its tradition Christmas colors of red and green. The pattern is versatile and easily matches with other dishware. I love that there’s various styles and sizes of plates to choose from in this collection. LOVE! Makes them very versatile holidays all little more joyful!!

Very attractive holiday place settings. The manufacturer's box was well packed to prevent breakage during shipping. Unfortunately, the manufacturers box was placed inside a huge Amazon box for shipping, with no additional padding to keep it stable during shipping. It just slid all around inside the Amazon box. The dinnerware arrived okay, just before Christmas, except for one plate which broke inside the manufacturer's packaging. Contacted Pfaltzgraff customer service and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement plate, which arrived in time for the holiday. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make everything right!

I wanted some pretty dishes for the holidays and these can be used all winter - hence, Winterberry. They were a good value, but the finish quality leaves something to be desired. The printing on many of the pieces is less than perfect, there are flaws in some of the pieces (little knots poking up, etc.). I returned one cup because it had a knot on the outside which could have cut someone and the same cup had major finishing flaws on the handle. Customer service was fantastic and the rep was very nice. All I had to do was email them a receipt with pictures and I had a replacement cup in just a few days. All in all, the price was good and I liked the dishes, but if I had paid much more for them, I would have returned them.

La vajilla es como se ve en la pantalla, es resistente al lavado de mano (no la he puesto en la lavajillas), también resiste el microondas. Llegó completa y sin que se rompiera ninguna pieza.
