I recently had new wood looking tile floors put in my downstairs part of my house. I bought one bottle of this to try on the dining room just to see how it would works. First, it's fantastic. It goes on easy and it doesn't streak or leave a residue like some others. It doesn't smell and dries quickly. The bottle goes a long way. I will be buying more. I can't recommend this high enough.

So far so good. It was easy to apply to my shower floor. I used quite a lot of it, more than half the botttle but my shower is kind of big and has small hexagon tiles (lots of grout). I am quite sensitive to odors and chemical smells but this wasn't bad. You can smell it but it isn't strong. I used a large quality squeegee to help spread the liquid after spraying so make sure I distributed it well. So far I just did one coat because with was pretty well saturated. I am going to see how it holds up and then probably order more to do my bathroom floor

I recently had a bathroom remodel and it included a new ceramic tile floor and quartz vanity top installed. I needed to seal the grout in the floor and wanted to seal the new quartz vanity sink top. I purchased this sealer and was happy that it used friendly chemicals and was a spray. I put five applications on the floor and then sealed the vanity top, the vanity top in our master bathroom, and the granite kitchen counters. You spray it on and then wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. Wait 10-20 minutes between applications. It is fast, does not have harsh fumes, dries quickly and I still have quite a bit left. You do not have to use much to do the job.

Love the product. No smell at all. But I took the entire bottle to do one shower. True it's a big shower, with a tiled floor, but still. Think about how much you need. I went back and ordered more!

So far so good I didn’t use the spray attachment. I used to foam brush time. Will tell if it’s a good product, but it went on easily. I like the fact that it didn’t have to be wiped off immediately.

Updated because after just a couple weeks there is no barrier and anything that is spilled soaks into the grout. I was hoping this would be a great option with pets but not worth the money.I needed to seal my grout but I have small pets so I wanted something safe without any strong smells that actually worked. I cleaned my dark grey grout with a bleach cleaner and dried for 24 hours. I sprayed this sealer on full sections of my floor, grout and tile, and followed the directions by leaving it on for 10 minutes and then using a swifter type mop with a microfiber rag on it spread it out and wiped up any excess. I did this twice, the bottle says to do two coats. 4 days later water beads on both the tile and grout. Curious to see how long it lasts with regular wear and washing. But so far so good and no smell at all.

Easy to apply whether by brush or spray. Virtually no odor and dries clear. Cannot speak to durability as it is newly applied.

Very easy to use and no smell. Spayed on the first coat and used an artist paint brush for the second coat. I will have to wait and see if the grout lines stay clean. Would buy again. Thanks for a non toxic product.

I have porcelain tile with un-sanded grout. The application and clean up were very easy. It would have been even easier if the spray nozzle included some type of tube that directed the flow to the grout only.
