Any problems get swiftly responded to.
We brought this because of it being wireless but my son can only use a certain button with the wire, I was impressed with the swift response from Microsoft chat tho, we ended up keeping the controller as my son is happy with the authenticity of the controller & he didn't want to be left longer without a controller if we returned it & waited for replacement.

Stick drift issue after five months.
Worked as well as any other controller, until the right analog stick started drifting up even when idle after about five months.

GREAT CONTROLLER, RECIEVED THE 3.5 MM JACK (BLUETOOTH) NEW VERSION
This worked in both connecting to my phone (bluetooth) and PC (wireless USB adapter) and with the windows receiver plugged in was able to update the firmware no cables needed. (to do this I downloaded the 'xbox accessories' app from the windows store). OVERALL the controller is excellent; the bumpers and triggers are very smooth, buttons are tactile and not as loud as last gen, and overall comfortable design to hold. Even the rumble has better definition/use in specific games such as "DEATH STRANDING" vs. using an xbox 360 controller.

O controle é original, com um acabamento e precisão IMPECÁVEIS!! Super prático de usar (é só conectar e ir jogar) e excelente para suas jogatinas. Vale super a pena quando você consegue desconto ou promoção, além disso eu recomendo comprar uma capinha de silicone para proteger o controle e aumentar ainda mais o tempo de vida do controle. No mais, 10/10 o controle!
