Review: A good E bike tire. - For an E bike you really should have quality tires. That is these tires. Bead fits the rim well - to be expected from Kenda. Rubber compound is reasonably hard and wears well. Traction is very good. Tread makes a bit of noise But nothing awful. I have had other tires from China that were very soft Rubber and thus wore quickly. Not so with these.

You will save money by buying them here and taking them to the bike shop for installation rather than having the bike shop order them for you. **Q: Is this tire puncher proof?**
A: No, but you can make it much more so by adding a Mr. Tuffy tire liner. The size I used was the 26" x 4", cutting off the extra six inches with a pair of scissors. I had one flat before adding Mr Tuffy, and none since, in two years of daily riding.

**Q: Does this tire need a tube?  Is it tubeless?**
A: These tires need a tube, not tubeless...

Great tires, quality replacement for the stock CST’s the difference is obvious. A much harder rubber compound and sturdy sidewall construction.
