Compact, Bright (not super-bright) Well-Made Light
This is a nice little light, although not as super-bright as I expected from the reviews. It's compact, appears to be well-machined.It weighs 37 grams without the battery (52 grams with the 16340 battery I've got in it.)It came in a box, and there were precautions on the outside of the box about not putting the battery in backwards, etc. But no actual instruction about the light. Since it has a three-position switch, it might have been nice for them to explain how to work it.It has high, low, and strobe modes. If you press the button once, it turns on in High mode. Press once more, it turns off. Press again (this is the third press), it turns on in low mode, press once more (fourth press) it turns off. Press again (fifth press) it turns on in strobe mode, press once more (sixth press) it turns off. Using it this way, it always moves to the next mode each time you turn it on.However, if you turn it on and then half-press the button, you can cycle through the modes. Then, it remembers the mode when you turn it off, and turns back on the next time in the same mode. If you tend to want the same mode every time, this is a nice feature. And it arrived much faster than predicted. It ships from China. It was bought Jan 6, predicted to arrive sometime between January 29-Feb 16. It actually arrived today, Jan 15, way ahead of schedule. I have no idea if this performance will ever be repeated, however.

Most convenient pocket light.
I paid about $16 bucks for this with shipping to HI. The build quality is very good for a generic a lot better than any other generic I have. The light is very bright for its size...maybe 200 lumens, It has 3 modes-High/Low/Strobe (still can't figure out why almost every light has strobe?? Never did use it...not for everyday use at least). The lens/reflector assy does come a little hot after being on for a min or more, but I have not had any issues with it.***One of the best features is the angle design with the button on the top, you take it out of your pocket, point and click it on without regripping it. Most flashlights have the button on the back that required you to turn it on, then regrip to point it. The angle head feature is sort of like holding the handle of a coffee cup, more natural than holding and pointing a conventional flashlight. I use my flashlight for inspections at work, usually for very short periods and very often.

This is a great little light and very bright
This is a great little light and very bright. Runs on a single CR123A battery that last a long time. There is a clip for a pocketor belt loop. These are hard to find but worth it. I use this one more than any other and I have a bunch.

On strobe it is pretty disorienting if you look at it
I picked one of these up on my last business trip to Shanghai. Didn't realize how tiny it was when just looking at the pictures. Its about the size of a USB car adapter.I don't know the lumens, but it is plenty bright. On strobe it is pretty disorienting if you look at it.The lens comes completely off if you need a flood light in a pinch. I really wish I could find a flush lens and leave it on there all the time instead of the lens that protrudes.
