LOUD when turned beyond 30% water flow (update:fixed!)
It's beautiful and feels extremely high quality, but we bought and installed two of these in our bathroom and they are insanely loud with a higher pitched whine if you turn them up around 20-30% flow. It has been working fine to just not turn them up very much and you can still have enough pressure to get the job done, but this is a major defect if you ask me. Edit: There is a little plastic flow limiter in the tip of the faucet causing all this noise. Unscrew the metal piece, remove the plastic piece, and reassemble.

Beautiful and Solid- LOVE this faucet
Finally installed this baby on a new white Carrera marble vanity in a Vintage bathroom. It's beautiful, solid and easy to install. I went with it because I have a chrome wall mount kitchen faucet in the same vintage style and we have been happy with it (for the same reasons) as well. For us the kingston brass products have been terrific. They have convincing vintage style, solid and sturdy for modern performance and they are a fraction of the cost of the big names that you find making other Vintage/retro plumbing fixtures. Now if only they would make an antique tub/shower system that's just as good ! So happy I had to share a picture

Beautiful quality piece.
Statement piece that fit perfectly in my thick counter tops. The gold material is stunning and gives the vintage look I was hoping for.

Beautiful but sadly flawed. Customer service great
First the good. I wanted a vintage feel for our master bathroom redo in 2017. These were perfect and I truly loved them. I especially like the style, the quality brass fittings and that the handle swiveled. It is perfect for bathing babies in the sink! Soon after purchase I noticed pitting on the chrome faucet spouts on both faucets. Surprisingly there was zero pitting on the much used handle. I had never seen this type of pitting before even on cheap builder’s grade faucets. I used nothing unusual to clean them and again the base and handles were 100% fine. I did contact customer service which told me it wasn’t covered. I truly didn’t understand why but again I really liked them and everything else worked great. Fast forward to 2022. The pitting has become so bad that you can see the brass underneath. I actually ended up purchasing another using my CC points JUST to change out the faucet. I contacted a contractor friend asking if he knew of any way to rechrome the spouts. He said that it was a rare flaw in the plating and should definitely be covered under warranty. I did contact Jorge in customer service at Kingston Brass and they are replacing the faucets! Hurrah! The flow has been absolutely fine, I did need to recently replace a cartridge but that is normal wear and tear. As to the hot and cold discs, they can be secured with gorilla putty. Easy fix and zero damage seen to the handles. I am so happy that Kingston brass faucets are beautiful and will support their products.

This faucet combines old fashioned look with modern utility!
I love the look of this faucet. It’s really pretty and adds a lot of style to our new powder room. My husband seemed to install it easily and quickly. It works great and the high spout makes it easier to wash your hands and face. I highly recommend this faucet!

AWFUL PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE…Here is my very first written review since I’ve been an Amazon customer. Purchased these two bathroom faucets for my bathroom renovation last May 2022. They worked for one year before the first one leaked, flooded underneath the brand new wood cabinet which wasn’t noticed right away and subsequently got moldy. Paid for plumber that confirmed it was indeed a huge crack in the faucet (part #38 from the parts diagram picture) and was told faucet has 10 year warranty on faulty parts. While trying (after multiple days) to reach customer service via email (as requested by Kingston) I call the 1-800 phone number. THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. If you get a Melisa on the phone/ hang up and try again. While I am fighting for a replacement, THE OTHER FAUCET LEAKS RELATED TO THE SAME PROBLEM!!! This all happened within a week. And now any replacement parts take 6-8 weeks. BYE BYE KINGSTON and bye bye to my $420 (plus plumber plus restoring bathroom cabinet plus replacing faucets with Moen faucets). My new hobby is telling anyone that will listen how horrible Kingston products are and how they treat their customers. Video/pictures included to emphasize the damage these one year old faucets caused. BUYER BEWARE with this company!

Beautiful, high quality faucet
Beautiful, high quality faucet. Installation was easy and I love that the hot and cold buttons are removable because my contractor switched the water lines, so it was a really easy fix to move the hot and cold buttons where they should be. You can really tell the difference in quality, the handles are heavy and solid vs. cheaper similar faucets.

good looking, works well enough, low water flow
Bought this to replace the exact same faucet (different finish) in my new-to-me house. The old one had completely corroded and fell apart, couldn't be fixed. It was 13 years old. I bought this same faucet because I wanted to keep the style consistent and because the price is very good. I figure it will last me at least as long as I plan to live in this house. It is nice looking and has a nice feel to it when you turn the handle. The water flow is extremely low, but enough to wash your hands.

Ordered this set when I replaced our old sink with a new style. We had a very similar set by Danze that we loved, but could no longer get parts as it was discontinued. This set was a great replacement, but the valves make a grinding noise when turning the water off and on. I suspect the threads of the valve shaft were not machined or polished properly, and suggest lubricating the threads with food grade silicone grease before installing the set.

First of all, it’s the wrong instruction booklet? Second, my package was evidently a return. It was opened, dented, and parts were damaged. There is nowhere on the knobs for the flex lines to screw into! The whole part that it’s supposed to screw onto was cut off. Return!
