These 2' X 2' fixtures work great in 2' X 2' drop ceilings. They are very thin - don't need a lot of space above the suspended ceiling, and light weight. They blend in nicely with the ceiling. The light produced is even - no dark or light areas on the panel. I would purchase these fixtures again.The only thing I would mention as a negative would be the wiring compartment. It is a bit small. Two cables, one in and one out fill the compartment. Three cables would be a challenge. I removed the plastic divider between the power and control sections of the compartment to make more room. (Don't do this if you are using low voltage wiring for the dimming controls.)

Changed the whole ambiance in the whole area. Finally doesn’t look or feel like a basement. Love love love it!!

I replaced 12 existing fixtures and used the existing wiring and switches (on-off without dimming). They replaced fixtures that used 2-24W "U" shaped fluorescent bulbs. The 36W lights provide more light and the 4000K was a good light-color choice. Rooms are brighter and no buzzing from the fixtures. Some of the old fixtures required special maneuvers to remove from the drop-ceiling grid due to their depth and the ducts, drains, pipes, etc. above the ceiling, but the new lights have very low profile and fit easily into the tightest spaces. Wiring is simply white-black-ground if you don't want the dimming controls. Each light took 10-15 minutes to replace.

We purchased this set for our bathroom remodeling job these are replacing two 4 foot fluorescent lights In a very slightly dropped ceiling and are working very well. We bought the 4000 lm version versus a the 5000 as the light is plenty good enough without hurting your eyes. The diffusion panel really works excellent. We are very happy with these lights. Our entire house is all LED lights with the exception of a couple of closets.

Should have replaced my drop ceiling lights with something like this years ago. Install was as simple as the fluorescent lights that were replaced, actually even easier because they are lighter and you can work from the top so dropped screws don't hit the floor and fly away into the abyss.Really bright light, almost wish these had a setting to adjust from 4000k to something a touch softer but cant beat them for this price.

I bought two of these to illuminate a long room. They replaced a fluorescent fixture that barely lit the room. They were easy to install into a suspended ceiling and are very bright. I would recommend installing a dimmer(not included) to control the light to adjust the intensity. It is also a great price. I would definitely recommend this fixture.

Even though this is meant of office spaces, our roof is flat, so I made a hole to accommodate the controller located at the upper center and the light is amazing, with only 36w, the garage feels like we're are in a sunny day during the night.
