BAGNO MILANO 100% Turkish Cotton Waffle Women's Bathrobe, Soft & Quick-Dry

This robe is very well made and comes in a large assortment of colors. I purchased the light grey one to use when traveling and liked it so much that I purchased one in ivory to use at home. The material is thick enough to not be see through while not being too heavy to wear. There is enough width to properly wrap around your body for a nice closure. I have purchased other waffle robes and have paid more but have not been as happy with the quality. The robe also washes and dries well and without wrinkles. It also runs true to size. If you are looking for this type of robe I would look no further.

I've been on the hunt for a new robe that was as close as possible to my old robe (30 years old)! I looked and looked, read all the reviews and specifications and none made the cut. I found this one and thought it COULD be the one. But honestly, I thought that I wouldn't like it when it arrived and have to send it back. Nope! This was as close as I was going to get and I was thrilled! It's lightweight, absorbent, waffle material and best of all - it's not 30 yrs old! It had everything I was looking for (including being made in Turkey and 100% cotton and a reasonable price. I found the needle in the haystack!!

I ordered this to use postpartum, as in the early days babies cry at random times, and I have to be ready to quickly leave the shower and get her. It also allowed me to apply my skincare and still tend to her without worrying that harsher chemicals were affecting her skin after my shower. A great buy, and I am likely to buy a couple more for gifts and/or for a guest bath, as in a large enough size they can fit just about everyone and they are a great weight for year around wear. One comment about the white, however. If you need a very modest bathrobe, I'd shy away from it. It is fine around my husband and daughter, but I wouldn't want to wear it around my in-laws without something underneath, as there can be a bit of peak through in certain lights. UPDATE: 3 months later and this amazing robe has been washed at least 3 times a week over the last 3 months and it still looks brand new and absorbs well. I highly recommend it.

After my recent trip to the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas I began my search for a waffle material robe. They had the most comfortable, softest robes in the room. But I refuse to pay over $100 for one. Anyway, I decided to go with this one because it had decent reviews and looked just like the one I want. Out of the package, the construction of it is very nice. No issues with stitching or anything like that. It had a very “new feeling” so I gave it a wash with hot water. After drying, it’s definitely softer but not enough so I’ll wash it again, with some fabric softener this time, and hopefully get the feeling I’m looking for. I’m sure the Venetian robes have been washed a trillion times, which makes them so soft. As for the fit, I ordered M/L. I’m 5’7” and this robe goes to my mid calf, nice length. I also have long arms and it goes right to my mid hand, so I folded back the arm a little. I’m about 165lb and the robe is perfectly roomy. I am on a weight loss journey and I feel this robe will be suitable whether I’m 145lb or 165lb. The “weight” of the material is also nice. Not too light and not too thick. To me, it’s perfect for a temp controlled house anytime of the year. If you don’t have AC in the summer, this may be a bit too thick. I’d definitely recommend this robe, but if you want softness, like me, you’ll need to work on that a little.

I love this bathrobe! It is what I was looking for. For the price is perfect. I was looking for a waffle weave bathrobe thats give me the luxury spa look in a budget. I have curly hair and needed a bathrobe that would keep my shoulders and back dry on my wash days while I apply the hair products. I wanted something comfortable and soft but light at the same time so that it would not make me hot when I use the hair dryer to dry my curls. I also needed something that wasn't too long. I'm 5'3 and it fits mid-calf. Don't think about it anymore, buy it!

I just received this robe today, and on first inspection it seems well constructed, generously sized, and a nice navy blue color... BUT the tag states 100% COTTON. I specifically chose this robe over a less expensive one because the website states that it is a COTTON/POLYESTER blend, which I prefer due to less shrinkage and fading than pure cotton. The material is slightly stiff and not very soft, but I’m sure that will improve with washing. Overall it seems nice, and a good length- hitting the shin on me (5’3”) I’m debating if I will return, or just keep it. Sigh. I wish the website description was more accurate.

I was looking for a robe that was all cotton and not super thin like most all cotton clothing. I was very surprised at how thick this robe is. It does take a few washing to get it really soft but so far it has held up nicely. Definitely recommend. The fit is good. If you want a looser fit order a size up from your normal clothes size.

I would not recommend this robe!!! The description said 100% cotton, but feels like a synthetic polyester Fabric was very scratchy and rough not at all comfortable to wear against your bare skin. I will be returning this
